Our promise

We want you to love your Qiwaya. If something is wrong, we will make it right.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at qiwayafragrances@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Hygiene and opened products

For safety and hygiene reasons, fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
